Bincheng is a nonprofit organizer, writer, and interviewer devoted to minority inclusion. He writes a column for the World Economic Forum, focusing on human rights. He also contributes to Chicago Tribune, writing opinion essays read by over a million unique readers. In 2022, Forbes magazine named him one of the world's 100 most outstanding Chinese. Previously, he was named Forbes 30 Under 30. In 2023, Yale's China Hand magazine featured him as one of 10 Under 25 Future Leaders.
Bincheng founded the East Coast Coalition for Tolerance and Non-Discrimination (ECC), a US-registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity dedicated to combatting xenophobia and minority exclusion. As ECC President, he was awarded by former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation COVID-19 Global Student Action Fund in 2020. He led ECC's Equitable Health Care Access for Minorities project to help over 85,000 minorities with language barriers seek medical attention during the pandemic. Bincheng's work has been featured on Fox News New York's front page. Chelsea Clinton gave him a personal shout-out on Twitter.
Bincheng has interviewed a wide range of world leaders about minority inclusion. He has conducted Inclusion Advocate's extended interviews with former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Ms. Chelsea Clinton, 11th World Bank President Robert Zoellick, 19th Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell, 26th Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, Nobel laureate Esther Duflo, US National Security Advisor, and Army General H.
