Bincheng is a Forbes 30 Under 30 nonprofit leader, writer, and interviewer. He writes a column for the World Economic Forum on labor and human rights. He is also a guest columnist at the Chicago Tribune and the Orlando Sentinel, writing articles read by a million unique readers. In 2022, he was named one of the world's 100 outstanding Chinese by Forbes magazine.
Bincheng founded the East Coast Coalition for Tolerance and Non-Discrimination (ECC), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity dedicated to combatting xenophobia and minority exclusion. As ECC President, he was awarded by former President Bill Clinton the Clinton Foundation COVID-19 Global Student Action Fund in 2020. He led ECC's Equitable Health Care Access for Minorities project to help over 85,000 minorities with language barriers seek medical attention during the pandemic. Bincheng's work has been featured on the front page of Fox News New York. Chelsea Clinton personally gave a shout-out to Bincheng on Twitter.
Committed to shedding light on social justice, Bincheng founded the Inclusion Advocate nonprofit project and interviewed a range of world leaders. He has conducted Inclusion Advocate's interviews with former US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Ms. Chelsea Clinton, 11th World Bank President Robert Zoellick, 19th Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell, 26th Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, Nobel laureate Esther Duflo, US National Security Advisor, and Army General H. R. McMaster, former Canadian Foreign Minister Peter MacKay, former Mexican Foreign Minister Jorge Castañeda.
